Please be advised that Iceland Ice Skating Center will have other people present during the party time, unless the patron explicitly orders a “Private Party”, which is available during specified hours outside the Public Session times.

Availability during Private Time:
Our private parties are offered during Ice Skating Center hours on weekdays (excluding Public Session Times), on Saturdays after 10 p.m., or on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., or after 6 p.m., if availability exists.

Reservations and Payment:
Please ask for availability upon booking of your event as it is on a first -come first- serve basis. The rooms are reserved by quantity of persons. Each room has a minimum number of occupants to reserve. You cannot downgrade your package; however an upgrade is possible for an additional fee. Non-refundable 50% deposit of the total value of the party is due upon reservation and can be made by cash or credit card. The remainder of the payment is due at your arrival on the date of the party at Iceland Ice Skating Center, and is required in order to receive Ice Skating/Bumper Car tickets for your party. On the day of the party, you must attend the main office before occupying the room. There is a $50 fee to reschedule your event.

Refund Policy:  
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between Iceland Ice Skating Center and the patron.

Patron Responsibility: 
It is the client’s obligation to explain Iceland Ice Skating Center’s safety rules to their children, some of which include the following: all skating on the ice must be in a clockwise fashion; walkers must be used only as a tool for aid to those who cannot skate well, and not as a toy; during bumper car rides, children cannot run or jump to and from the car, and MUST wear a seat belt; participants must pay attention to all Iceland Ice Skating Center representative’s instructions. The client is responsible for providing the tickets to their guests and receiving the ice skates and bumper car rides. All Bumper Car rides must be used before 2 p.m., and all ice skating rentals must be returned before closing time, according to the Ice Skating Center’s schedule. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to any other person or for any other date or time. Please be advised to learn our schedule and come early due to lines of people waiting to buy tickets, get rental skates, and go on the bumper car rides. Toward the end of any reserved party, it is your responsibility to leave at the time specified during the reservation of your party.

Food:  
Our public party packages include pizza, soda, hot chocolate, and paper goods. You can purchase additional food packages from the Ice Age Café.  A $25 cleaning fee will be charged to groups that bring any food product other than that included in the public party package or ordered from the Ice Age Café.  Please note that Private party packages do not include food.
