BROOMBALL

Broomball is a recreational ice game originating in Canada and played around the world. Broomball played in a hockey rink, either indoors or outdoors, depending on climate and location.

Please regard this email as a confirmation for the booking of your broomball event,_________( date here)  Below is the policy you verbally agreed to via telephone upon booking, made known to you by the customer service representative who processed your reservation.

• ·         Entry into Iceland Ice Skating Center means patrons have agreed to the liability notice, posted on the entrance door.

• ·         The full amount must be paid upon initial booking, which is NONREFUNDABLE. Full amount must be paid because office will be closed at the time your party will arrive.

• ·         There is a $50.00 rescheduling fees for all movements after 12 hours or, one week in advance from booking time. Rescheduling time or date.

• ·         You are not allowed to bring your own brooms. (30 brooms are included) each additional broom will be $2.00 per hour.

• ·         Extra brooms must be paid in cash because office will be closed at the time your party will arrive.

• ·         If you know the exact amount of people that are going to show up you are more than welcome to call in ahead of time and pay for the brooms over the phone with one of our representatives during our business hours.

• ·         Due to safety issues we allow 50 people on the ice at one time.

• ·         We ask you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes earlier than your reservation time to sign our waiver, and to get brooms.

• ·         You must be on time. We will not be responsible for the amount of time you have missed.

• ·         If party is to arrive late we are not responsible for that time. Time spent on the ice is the time it was originally booked for.

• ·         You will not be able void ice time for what has been paid.

• ·         The amount must be paid as reserved.
